Zynera Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Commission Structure

Zynera offers a one-time affiliate commission of 40% on the first successful paid transaction made by a referred customer.

2. Commission Eligibility

An affiliate commission is created only when all of the following conditions are met:

• The customer signs up using a valid affiliate referral link
• The customer completes a successful paid transaction
• The payment is fully completed, credited, and non-reversed
• The payment is not a trial, refund, dispute, or chargeback

If any payment is refunded, disputed, reversed, or fails settlement, no affiliate commission is issued.

3. Commission Release & Payout Timing

• All affiliate commissions are subject to a 30-day validation period
• During this period, commissions remain locked for fraud and payment verification
• After 30 days, eligible commissions are automatically released
• No manual approval is required

Zynera does not offer instant payouts.

4. One-Time Commission Rule

Each referred customer can generate only one commission per affiliate, regardless of:

• Plan upgrades
• Renewals
• Additional payments

Duplicate or repeated commissions are not permitted.

5. No Refunds or Clawbacks

Zynera operates a strict no-refund policy.

Once a commission is released after the validation period, it is final and will not be reversed.

6. Fraud & Abuse

Zynera reserves the right to:

• Withhold commissions generated through fraudulent activity
• Suspend or terminate affiliate accounts found abusing the system

7. Program Modifications

Zynera may update the Affiliate Program terms at any time. Continued participation implies acceptance of updated terms.
